The W.I.S E Group came to me as an idea when many of my coaching clients in their 60s and 70s, were sharing common concerns that held them back from living with vitality.

As an Age Coach, my special focus is personal development for women in their 60s and older.

Some common concerns are: finding your purpose before and during retirement, a shift in family dynamics, loneliness, lingering grief, unresolved regrets, uncertainty, and beliefs about the future, and more.

Together, we work on solutions to these concerns. 

It got me thinking... what if we brought people together in a place with support from a life coach to resolve concerns and uncover your peace and purpose in life? What if we could share resourceful thinking, research-backed vitality techniques, and practical pointers on how to be more empowered as we age?

And so I coined the term 'age-empowered' and formed the W.I.S.E Group.
